The Story so Far

As of the 5th of March 2005 I Thomas Francis Boris Briant will be heading off to the land down under known as Australia (which for the benefit of my fingertips I will now refer to as Oz.) Now for those of you that know me your probably wondering why a person of my skin tone is going to such a notoriously sunny destination. NASA are working on a sun suit for children like me, so everything should be o.k, if not this is the place to read about it. This website is basically set up to document my travels down under.

Back in 2005 I worked and saved like a person afraid of the outside world and traveled for six months meeting an array of strange and wonderful people. I enjoyed myself so much infact that I have decided to put off working, paying taxes and television licenses for another year and join fellow travelee Paul Hoskin in Oz. I may as well introduce Paul as I imagine he will feature heavily in most of the misdemeanous that occour throughout my time in Oz. Paul is from Rossendale, somewhere in the north and enjoys drives with his friends in the country, convinience stores and locals. Paul and I met at a bus station in Bangkok and spent the best part of 18 hours together on a bus going to Phuket, much spooning later and one month down the line Paul and I departed company with the promise that we would meet again in March 2006, Starting in Melbourne.

So as of the 7th of March, God willing and all that, I will be posting regular tales, tit bits and and general muses on here to keep the parents happy, friends amused and weirdos that somehow found my website something to live for. Well thats it really, Im sure Ill miss you guys far more than you will miss me but please feel free to post your own little comments.
